Onsite Catering

We know the highlight of a successful meeting is the quality and taste of the food. That's why we work hard to ensure the cuisine we present is as beautiful to look upon as it is to taste.

From continental breakfasts and a variety of coffee breaks to elaborate banquets and theme parties, our talented team will delight you with such options as:

  • Pre-meeting breakfast, from sausage, gravy and buttermilk biscuits to apple crepes with berries and whipped crème and made-to-order omelet stations
  • A variety of innovative coffee breaks, including fresh bagels with crème cheese, fresh fruit kebabs, "Chocolate Lovers", "Healthy Break" and a variety of Starbucks® coffees, Tazo® teas and juices
  • Delightful lunches, such as the New York Deli buffet or plated lunches
  • Spectacular hors d'oeuvres with a mix of hot and cold choices, like Virginia bacon-wrapped scallops and Smoked Salmon and Mascarpone
  • Classic buffets, featuring a fresh, creative assortment to please even the most discerning guest including the Italian and Yucatan Buffets

Personal Preference Dining
Take advantage of our new and exciting Personal Preference Dining. This unique dining choice lets your guests select their own entrée at your function. Each diner is offered a choice from four options, allowing them to choose the main course that best suits his or her own taste. As the special event planner, you select the soup and salad, while our Chef will choose a trio of desserts beautifully presented for each guest. Ask your Event Concierge for more details.
