Overview

Sarasota FL Meeting Rooms
Treat your guests to events hosted in our recently restyled Sarasota meeting rooms. Reflecting the best of the city, our Sarasota Bradenton International Convention Center hotel offers a relaxed bay front ambiance, contemporary interior décor and state-of-the-art meeting capabilities.

As the most expansive bay front Sarasota conference facility, we can easily accommodate a variety of events simultaneously.  We offer a 10,000-square-foot ballroom, 18 flexible breakout rooms, permanent conference registration desk, dedicated Meeting Concierge and impeccable on-site and off-premise catering.  Our private 32-slip marina and upscale Boathouse (renovations complete by fall of 2008) add dimensions of opportunity for impressive events.  Additionally, we are conveniently located adjacent to the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall with a 1,761 seat theater and event space, as well as the Municipal Exhibition Hall with 10,000 square feet of exhibit space.

To ensure your event meets your standards, all of our meeting and banquet facilities offer individual controls for heat / air conditioning, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / special lighting effects / microphone outlets, audiovisual equipment, and 100V single-phase electricity that can be converted to 220V three-phase electricity.
Convention Center
Sarasota Ballroom
Boasting 9,875 square feet, this exquisite ballroom is one of the largest convention center venues in the state.  Invite 1,250 guests to your reception, trade show or conference, or entertain as many as 750 guests at a formal, seated banquet.  Divide the venue into eight separate sections or use the sections in combinations – possibilities are nearly limitless.  Breathtaking 16-foot ceilings will leave your guests with just the right impression of grandeur. 
Lower Lobby Level
Ringling Room
Featuring 902 square feet, The Ringling Room on our lower lobby level will allow you to graciously entertain 75 guests in an elegant reception or 60 guests at a seated lunch or dinner. Your guests can also enjoy the partially-covered outdoor terrace overlooking our beautifully landscaped gardens.

Boardroom
Confidently invite 24 VIPs to this state-of-the-art boardroom – sure to impress even the most discriminating attendee.  Offering 680 square feet of spacious, well-designed interior space, the board room sets the mood for business success with all the modern amenities you'd expect at Hyatt Regency and all the sophistication you demand.  Enhanced by dark wood, granite-topped credenza and shutters, this executive space allows you to open up the blinds and look onto the scenic garden area.

Palm Terrace
The Palm Terrace offers 1,400 square feet of inviting, newly renovated space for your reception, banquet or convention.  Invite 120 guests in a reception-style arrangement or 80 to a seated banquet.
Main Lobby Level
The Keys
With 1,100 square feet of well-appointed interior space, this event room comfortably accommodates 110 guests in a reception-style setting, 115 in a theater-style arrangement, or 80 for a formal seated banquet.  This event venue may be divided into two or four breakout sections for training sessions, team-building exercises or any of a variety of activities.

Tropics
Divisible into Sections A and B, Tropics offers 1,100 square feet of elegant interior space to accommodate as many as 100 guests for your important event or meeting. Situated on the main lobby level, Tropics meeting rooms are highlighted by panoramic views of the pool and marina through our floor-to-ceiling windows.  Enjoy the natural light that floods our lobby-level event spaces. Tropics' pre-function space is perfect for registration displays, continental breakfast and buffets.
Indoor/Outdoor Areas
The Marina and Boathouse
The 32-slip marina is ideal for corporate boating, industry meetings and conventions, and is just steps from our indoor conference rooms and hotel recreation.  Our private marina features a dedicated Dock master and much more. Our Marina Boathouse is widely known as one of Sarasota's most compelling waterfront venues.

Outdoor Garden Areas
Hyatt Regency Sarasota offers three beautiful outdoor garden areas for your events.  The Convention Center Patio and Palm Terrace outdoor garden area outside Sarasota Ballroom are a popular choice for business luncheons, buffets and society cocktail events.  Our exquisite poolside Florida Room boasts elegant glass doors overlooking our lovely pool area and patio.  Open the doors to take advantage of this refreshing outdoor space, making your event even more impressive and memorable.

The Florida Room
Indicative of its name, the Florida Room boasts tropical elegance with floor-to-ceiling windows and complementing décor.  Guests can exit onto the poolside deck and sip cocktails while enjoying views of the lagoon swimming pool and cascading waterfalls.
